AddEnergie receives over $3.5M in additional funding from Natural Resources Canada and SOVAR
On May 3rd, in Quebec City, Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced that Natural Resources Canada’s ecoENERGY Innovation Initiative will be supporting 15 demonstration projects including one from AddEnergie that will receive $3.38M from the program. Furthermore, SOVAR, which has collaborated in AddEnergie’s development since 2008, will also provide $100,000 in additional funding to the company. AddÉnergie Technologies Inc. designs, develops and markets intelligent charging station systems for electric and rechargeable hybrid vehicles. The project will allow Quebec and Canada to acquire and benefit from a charging station infrastructure for electric vehicles that is reliable, safe and adapted to its Northern climate.
